A massive Solar Plant in Calif. that spans 5 square miles and cost $2.2 Billion to build, is closing down 13 years early due to inefficiency.
Environmental groups claim the plant’s intense solar reflections have caused numerous bird deaths, with around 6,000 being incinerated midair every year.
Earlier this year, 2/3rds of a Solar Plant near Las Vegas also closed down 11 years early due to inefficiency.
This is what happens when people use politics and governments to push economics instead of natural market forces.
