What would be the purpose of this? As former military, I can tell you that when soldiers enter this contractual agreement, they are contracting away their freedom and autonomy--and accepting essentially a pre-proscribed slavery (that can be changed at any time), for the term.
So they wanted these leaders of Silicon Valley as indentured slaves to the executive arm. Why? BTW, I don't know what they were promised (high position in the fascism?) in return, but I think whatever it was, they were mad to do this.
Reminder: Event 201 was the name of the simulated pandemic by Kill Gates immediately preceding the covid plandemic. Coincidence?
