They want to do this everywhere. The Elites want people out of the rural lands, and instead like cattle kept restricted in the 15minute cities.
In the US they are trying to implement 'animal protection zones' and 'animal corridors' that will have 3 mile deep buffer zones. No human's w/o special permission will be allowed into these zones and will be fined like this should they violate the mandates. The goal is to hem humans out of the areas of nature and parks and into the 15minute cities.
