This is former high-ranking ex-Dutch banker Ronald Bernard. When he got an invitation to join the highest level of global financiers, he was told he would be required to sacrifice a child at a social party. That was the line he was unable to cross, and so he left the global banking financial network and told the rest of us what was going on instead.
